I haven't received my activation code.
Your activation code was e-mailed to you immediately after you submitted the download or registration
form. If you have not received your activation code it may be due to the following reasons:
-
You may have misspelled your e-mail address.
-
A spam blocking program installed on your e-mail client may have intercepted the e-mail.
In most cases adding our e-mail address, mailings@vhikits.com, to your address book will allow the
message to get through.
-
There may have been a network error.
In all these cases you can receive a new e-mail by clicking the Registration link on the activation
dialog that appears when you open VHI Free Stretching and filling out the registration form again.

When I run the VHI Free Stretching installation program it fails and a message box
appears with the text, "Error -1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime."

This is a generic error reported by the setup program, and it may be one of many problems.

Some of my exercises do not print.
Older versions of VHI Free Stretching contain a demo section of the
Trainer's Exercise Toolbox. In the demo section, the blue exercises will not print.
When I try to save a routine it says, "You are not allowed to save more than
10 saved routines. You must delete an existing routine in order to save this
routine. To save an unlimited number of routines you need to upgrade to the
Trainer's Exercise Toolbox."
Older versions of VHI Free Stretching have a limit of 10 routines that you can save. If you download
the most current version of VHI Free Stretching you can save as many routines as you want.
PC-Kits and the
Trainer's Exercise Toolbox will also allow you to save as many routines as you want, in addition to
giving you a wider variety of exercises for use in your routines.
